There's also some nice restaurants within short walking distance.

We had a hire car pick up that was 10 minutes walk away to get too. But the best thing is the access to Kennedy Space Centre and other attractions in Florida.

The apartment is in a quiet, safe area and has everything you need if you are spending most of your time out at the beach or visiting attractions. Lina, our host, was lovely and responsive. They have bigger units for longer stays too - so worth looking into even with kids - next door had a family staying.

Highly recommend on that basis.

This won’t deter me from staying again. It’s just that the cleaning costs and the service fee are nearly the price of a one night stay. When a party of one is staying the price of cleaning seems a little steep. Again, this won’t deter me from staying again. Overall, I enjoyed my time. One thing I would add is to provide instructions on how to close the blinds on the door as it took me a while to figure out.

Unit was very clean! Comfortable bed! Everything we needed for our two night stay was provided. If you run or bike, bike lanes are steps away as well. We met with the host and she was so nice. My last day I got to wash and dry my laundry in the complementary laundry area. Overall this was the best place I have stayed so far and recommend this location to anyone looking for an amazing stay!

The outside common area is amazing. We spent most of our time sitting outside in this area. The location to the beach is literally steps away but you feel like you have this sanctuary when you get back from the beach. The amenities they offer for the beach are all included like coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, towels, etc. That almost pays for the nightly rate if you had to rent them. This will definitely be our new spot on Cocoa Beach! Just Book It!
